Life is a nonprofit center dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, educational outreach, consulting, and research focused on benefiting both birds and the environment.

The center is inspired by the vital role water plays in sustaining life. Water is the essence of life in the universe, crucial to all living creatures. In this sense, water is the heart of life itself.

Life seeks to provide a natural environment that harmoniously blends natural light with an adjustable exterior system, allowing for control of light levels throughout the different seasons.

The design of Life embodies the natural connection between humans, birds, and water — symbolized by the river.

The center’s primary mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and care for orphaned, baby, or injured birds, with the ultimate goal of returning them to their natural habitats. The focus is on providing compassionate care for birds while also educating the public about their lives and offering guidance when needed.

Life aims to incorporate semi-transparent wall systems, allowing both birds and visitors to enjoy views of the surrounding environment. The design also includes open-space cages that give birds a sense of freedom and a connection to the outside world. In addition, the center is designed with flexibility in mind, supporting a lifestyle that is adaptable to various needs.
